Today I was viewing another apartment. It was like 60 qm, with a 1 room apartment and another room that I thought was already finished. But nope. From that room you could go upstairs to the roof, which had to be rebuilt... Before I went there I had really the idea I could move into the existing apartment and finish the rest while living there. I just love to do works like that. But this property was just a mess lol So I left after 10 minutes.
The existing apartment had to be re-built as well, so no idea to just move there :) I have 2 apartments left though ... let's see if one of that is my dream apartment :)
